Carpets and upholstery. Please Tell us:

For carpets: number of rooms to be cleaned; are there any special stains; have you treated those stains with any other chemicals; also would you like us to remove all furniture and wash the carpets underneath or move only the easy to move furniture.

For upholstery: what type of fabric is your upholstery (please refer to the washing instructions); any specific stains; have those stains been treated before; for sofas, how many seats; for dining chairs if there is a fabric backrest; are there any loose cushions; whether you like stain-proof;

What type of windows you have i.e. double glazed, sash, French, is there any secondary glazing; also how about access and height;.
